Why was my question converted to Community Wiki by a mod?
The most likely reason is because the question is one of the following:

Where did all the questions go?
There's a temporary problem for any URL that has /questions/ in it which causes a 404 error to show instead. I'll try to find out what's going on.

Merge [facebook-<X>] into [facebook]
