Use for questions about the star to the left of questions with the pop up "Click to mark as favorite question" (that toggles) used to mark posts considered important or interesting to the user. For topic preferences ("tag favorite") use tag [tags].

There must be a way to 'follow' a question or even a user through SE (i.e., it's easy to do it with browser bookmarks).
